The Marriage and Civil Partnership (Scotland) Bill, B36S4 or SB13-51, is a 2013 bill in Scottish Parliament which would recognize marriage between couples of the same-sex, allow for a civil partnership to be converted to a marriage, and allow either a marriage or a civil partnership to remain intact if one spouse legally changes genders.

The bill was introduced on June 26, 2013, by the Cabinet Secretary for Health and Wellbeing,
